Terms and Conditions

This Terms and Conditions is agreed between you and IQ301 SPORT TECHNOLOGIES a Partnership firm registered under Partnership Act 1932; with its registered office at Block B Level -1 Cyber Gateway Hitec City Madhapur Hyderabad 500081 Telangana having GSTIN 36AAHFI3382C1ZJ hereinafter referred to as "COMPANY" and event organizer hereinafter referred to as "ORGANIZER"

  1. Please register for the event with care. Registrations are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be modified. Provide us with a secure email address and an easily reachable phone number that you can access regularly, as these will be our primary means of contacting you during the run-up to the event as well as post the event.
  2. Any notice sent to the email address, or Messenger app such as Telegram on the phone registered shall be deemed as received by the participant.
  3. Please fill out all the fields that are necessary for the registration as well as the purposes of contacting you. Please validate your entries before you submit the form. Please double check to ensure your phone number, Email address and the emergency contact details provided are accurate. You hereby agree that all contact related entries provided by you are accurate and authorize the ORGANIZER to reach you on those contact details.
  4. By registering you agree that long distance running is an extreme sport and can be injurious to body and health, and you have the necessary training to participate in the event. 
    The minimum age criterion set for this event for short distance running such as 10 km, 5 km, 3km and above is 14 years, 12 years and 6 years fully completed as on the date of the event. By registering to this event you agree that you have completed above age. Any one not following the above age criteria are not allowed to run in this event. If anyone registered found not following the age criteria, their registration will be cancelled and they will not be allowed to run in the event
  5. While the event ORGANIZER will take utmost care to ensure the event runs peacefully and uneventful, you hereby acknowledge to have understood all the risks associated with participating in this event including, but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather, including high heat or humidity, traffic and the condition of the road, arson or terrorist threats and all other risks associated with a public event.
  6. You agree to abide by the instructions provided by the event ORGANIZER from time to time in the best interests of your health and event safety.
  7. You also agree to stop running, even if there is no reason cited, as instructed by the Race Director or the medical staff or by the aid station volunteers.
  8. You confirm that you are healthy and do not have any medical conditions that advice you against running (and you have filled in the questionnaire if provided in the registration form on your medical condition) to the best of your knowledge and ability. If you have any such medical conditions or you have any doubts please contact the organizer before registering for the event.
  9. You confirm that all the details you have provided in the Registration Form are true to the best of your knowledge and authorize the event ORGANIZER and any partner of the event to use the information provided by you for the purposes of providing you the right services and rich experience prior to the event as well as post the event
  10. You confirm that your name and media recordings if taken during your participation may be used to publicize the Event.
  11. You understand that registrations once submitted are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be modified. The ORGANIZER reserves the right to reject any application without providing reasons. Any amount collected from rejected applications will be refunded in full (excluding bank charges, taxes, handling fee etc. as applicable).
  12. The ORGANIZER will contact the participants by Email or Messenger App or phone call . Any such notice sent to the participant contact details registered with the ORGANIZER shall be deemed as received by the participants.
  13. The COMPANY is a Timing partner and / or Registration Partner that enables the transaction between you and the event ORGANIZER, and the COMPANY is not liable whatsoever for any issues arising out of any untoward incidents throughout the event or any dispute arising between the participant and the event organizer .
  14. Once the Registration transaction is complete, the ORGANIZER is not liable to process any refunds under any circumstances.
    ORGANIZER and COMPANY's judgement and decision is final with regards to prizes and positions are concerned. You here by agree that you abide by the judgement and decision of organizer and timing partner that their decisions are final.
  15. In extreme conditions of natural calamity or any unforeseen exigency the organizer reserves the rights to cancel or postpone the events based on guidelines by the government. In any of such case, organizer decision will be final with respect to refund.
  16. You are hereby agreeing that you have fully read the above Terms & Conditions and understood them on your own will and wish, not being forced by anyone to do do. You are providing your concurrence to these terms and conditions by proceeding to register for the event
  17. For any Issues, grievances, questions and clarifications related to the event and its execution please contact the event ORGANIZER or the contact form of the event information web site.

Termination of services: The COMPANY and or the ORGANIZER may terminate or suspend your access immediately without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions. Upon Termination your right to use the service will cease immediately. 

You hereby full agree that your registration to a given event once submitted and paid is non refundable, non-transferable and cannot be modified. The duration of all published services / goods related to the given ceases and terminated upon the closure of the event / event day. 

The ORGANIZER reserves the right to reject any application without providing reasons. Any amount collected from rejected applications will be refunded in full (excluding bank charges, taxes, handling fee etc. as applicable).

Limitations of Liability: Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the COMPANY and or ORGANIZER under any provision of this Terms and Your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service or 500 INR if You haven't purchased anything through the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the COMPANY and or ORGANIZER be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service, third-party software and/or third-party hardware used with the Service, or otherwise in connection with any provision of this Terms), even if the COMPANY and or ORGANIZER has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose. 

Trademarks, Copyrights and Intellectual property Related:​ You hereby agree that all trademarks of the COMPANY and or the ORGANIZER is sole property of the COMPANY and the event ORGANIZER. all such trademarks you may encounter during your association with the COMPANY and or the ORGANIZER is completely protected by the Indian Copyright act 1957. 

In addition any implementation of suggestions improvements from you towards the services of the COMPANY and or the ORGANIZER is solely under the discretion of the COMPANY and or the ORGANIZER. In the event of the COMPANY and or the ORGANIZER using any of your suggestions or improvements please note that you agree that such implementations are neither compensated not given any credits and you also agree that you will not have any claim whatsoever on intellectual property claims for such implementations. 

Jurisdiction: Please note that 

In the event of any dispute arising out of your usage of any services by the COMPANY or the event ORGANIZER you hereby agree that any dispute, settle, contrary or claim arising between you and the COMPANY or the ORGANIZER connecting with this Terms and Conditions, which cannot be amicably resolved by the parties within 15 days shall be exclusively and finally settled by court of Hyderabad, Telangana by the law of India.
